CSF floor convey­ors can be used as circu­lar convey­ors or power & free convey­ors. They offer the ideal solution for unhin­de­red access to the conveyed goods and also meet high quality requi­re­ments when used on product surfaces. Conta­mi­na­tion of the products by falling partic­les from the chain or rail is excluded.

As opposed to overhead convey­ors, floor convey­ors do not require any steel construc­tion. Their space requi­re­ment is very small and the conveyor system can run under­ground. Flexi­ble stack­ing distances adapted to the product and a high load-bearing capacity of the rail ensure the safe trans­port of the workpie­ces to be machi­ned. Incli­nes and decli­nes can be imple­men­ted up to an angle of 45 degrees. When designed as a power & free floor conveyor, any number of buffer sections and branches are possible.
